On April 11, 2020, our company undertook the engineering design, equipment manufacturing and supply, and installation construction contract of pulverized coal manufacturing system of 4×600t/d double-hearth lime powder for Hebei Jinxi Non-metal Mining Co., Ltd. The core equipment of the system adopts HVM1700 vertical coal mill designed and produced by our company independently, and other equipment and electrical automatic equipment are also supplied by our company, and our company is also in charge of the installation construction of pulverized coal manufacturing system. The main difficulties of the project include: 1. The project location is close to Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, which has relatively high environmental protection requirement （≤10mg/Nm3）; 2. The project is to process high volatile bituminous coal, with the system production as 20t/h and the pulverized coal fineness as 200 meshes with the passing rate as 90%, has relatively high requirements for the pulverized coal manufacturing system; especially it requires scientific design for each key safety node of a large amount of pulverized coal conveying and storage to guarantee the safe and stable operation of the system under low oxide environment. 3. The project has short construction period. The project belongs to supporting engineering of lime kiln, and has only 4 months from engineering deign to the completion of equipment debugging completion, which requires scientific organization and precise management to guarantee the timely and high efficient implementation of the project. After investigating three actual engineering cases of our company continuously, the user confirmed the actual using condition and good effect, and finally selected our company to be in charge of implementing the project.
