On December 25, 2019, under the powerful support of the client, the supporting 10t/h pulverized coal manufacturing system (the pulverized coal fineness: 200 meshes, with passing rate as 95%) of 600T lime rotary system project of Jilin Huadian Huijin Calcium Industry Co., Ltd. undertaken by our company was put into production successfully at one time. The project was supplied by engineering equipment design and equipment manufacturing of the pulverized coal manufacturing system of our company. The vertical coal mill adopted HVM1300M vertical coal mill produced by our company, and other equipment of the system was also supplied by our company together. From the contract signing on June 17, 2019 to the successful production launch at one time on December 25, 2019, under the condition of tight project time limit, heavy task, hard site construction condition (entering the freezing period of ice and snow in November), and especially the project site environment of -30℃ during the installation and debugging stage, our company organized carefully with high efficiency, relevant project responsible persons overcame various difficulties, the engineering design and equipment supply was completed successfully, and various kinds of work of production target reaching of official operation launch were also completed successfully. The index of the engineering design is advanced, the equipment type selection is rational, various performance indexes as stipulated by the contract are met and exceeded, the coal power manufacturing system operates safely and stably. The client is satisfied with it. The project is another successful case of pulverized coal manufacturing system of lime rotary kiln developed and manufactured by our company independently, which thoroughly proves the reliability, safety and stability of the application of pulverized manufacturing system of lime rotary kiln in vertical coal mill.
