On November 20, 2018, the 10t/h pulverized coal preparation system of Jilin XXXX Calcium Industry Co., Ltd. with a daily output of 600 tons of lime rotary kiln was successfully put into operation with the strong cooperation of the owner. This project belongs to EP project. Our company is responsible for the engineering design and equipment manufacture and supply of the pulverized coal preparation system. The vertical coal mill adopts the HVM1300 vertical coal mill produced by our company. The rest of the equipment of the system is also supplied by our company. From design to equipment supply to formal operation, the project takes less than 4 months to complete the production and meet the standard under the careful organization of our company. The project has advanced construction indexes, reasonable equipment selection, and all performance indexes stipulated in the contract. The pulverized coal preparation system runs safely and smoothly. The users are satisfied with this and are satisfied with it. This makes an excellent evaluation. At present, the operating indexes of the pulverized coal preparation system are: 10 t/h pulverized coal is produced, and 97.4% of the pulverized coal fineness is 200 meshes.
