On June 30, 2020, our company undertook the supply contract of design and equipment manufacturing of 1 set of pneumatic conveying system for dust collection of receptacle trough, 2 sets of pneumatic conveying systems for dust collection of kiln front bin, 2 sets of pneumatic conveying systems for dust collection of the kiln itself, of 4×600t/d double-hearth lime kiln production line of Hebei Jinxi Non-metal Mining Co., Ltd. The core equipment of the system adopted 9 cone pumps of PCD positive pressure concentrated phase pneumatic conveying system designed and produced by our company independently, and other equipment and electrical automatic equipment of the system were also supplied by our company. The project is a supporting engineering of lime kiln. It took 1 month from design to the completion of installation debugging, which requires scientific organization and precise management to guarantee timely and high efficient implementation. The successful undertaking of the project lays solid foundation for the wide application of our company’s concentrated phase pneumatic conveying products in the lime industry.
