       On June 28, 2020, the renovation project of fly ash pneumatic conveying system of Jinneng Changzhi Thermal Power Co., Ltd. was put into production successfully at one time. The company originally adopted rotary feeder dilute phase pneumatic conveying system for continuous fly ash conveying, faced the problems of serious material blocking, quick abrasion, hard operation and maintenance, etc, and needed renovation and placement urgently. Through certain channels, the company knew that our company’s PJP continuous dilute phase pneumatic conveying jet pump has the features of small abrasion, simple operation and maintenance, etc., and contacted and communicated with our company. Because it was a renovation project, the user was prudent in equipment selection, and signed supply contract of Pneumatic Conveying System of Jet Pump for Fly Ash after several times of technical exchange and communication as well as serious evaluation of our company’s technical scheme. The main contents of the contract are the supply of the engineering design and equipment manufacturing of 1 set pneumatic conveying system of jet pump for fly ash, and the system is mainly 1 set dilute phase continuous pneumatic conveying system of fly ash of 10t/h PJP jet pump, with the horizontal conveying distance as 20m and the vertical height as 26m. The project consumed 1 month from equipment manufacturing to production launch, the renovation construction period was short, the effect was striking, and the user was satisfied with it. The successful production launch at one time of the project laid foundation for the promotion of our company’s pneumatic conveying products in electrical industry.
