      On May 6, 2020, our company undertook the project of transformation from blast furnace gas to pulverized coal of active lime production line for 2×800t/d rotary kiln of Tonghua Hongyuan Metallurgical Burden Co., Ltd. The active lime production line of 2×800t/d rotary kiln of the project originally took blast furnace gas as the fuel calcinations. Now because of blast furnace gas source problem, it requires 2 800t/d lime rotary kilns to change into pulverized coal as the fuel calcinations, with the pulverized coal demand amount as 18t/h (pulverized coal fineness: 200 meshes, with the passing rate as 90%). After a lot of investigations in the early stage, investigating our company’s actual engineering cases and actual using effect, and serious evaluation, the user finally decided to let our company undertake the supply of engineering design and equipment manufacturing of 18t/h pulverized coal manufacturing system. The successful undertaking of this project benefits from the successful application performance and the users’ universal recognition of our company’s pulverized coal manufacturing system of lime rotary kiln in the northeast alpine region.
