On May 16, 2020, our Company and Huahuijie Energy.Co., Ltd. in Hejin City, Shanxi Province signed a complete supply contract for 3 sets of host machines and ancillary equipment of the 3t/h pulverized coal preparation system for the high-efficiency activated carbon production line of the Company. The core equipment of the system is subject to the HVM800M vertical coal mills independently designed and manufactured by our Company. The rest of the system and electrical automation equipment are also supplied by our Company. The main difficulties of the Project are: 1. the local environmental protection emission requirements are high (≤10mg/Nm3); 2. The Project is for the treatment of high-volatile bituminous coal. At the same time, 85% of the system pulverized coal with a fineness of 325 meshes has passed. The fineness of pulverized coal has a high requirement for the safety of the pulverized coal preparation system. Especially all key safety nodes of pulverized coal transportation and storage need to be scientifically designed to ensure the safe and stable operation of the system in a low-oxygen environment. The original user did not know about the vertical roller mill equipment, planning to use the backward Ramon roller mill to prepare the pulverized coal. After continuous investigation and comparison of several practical engineering cases of pulverized coal preparation system of our Company and confirmation of actual use and good effect, the user finally chose our Company to undertake the Project.
The smooth undertaking of the Project indicates that our company’s vertical coal mill in the pulverized coal preparation system engineering strength has been highly recognized by the industry again, and also shows our company’s high professional level and manufacturing level as well as ability in engineering design of pulverized coal preparation system, supply of complete sets of equipment, installation and construction and after-sales service.
